Who is Jess Brain?

Jess Brain (yes, really!) is a certified BrainFitness Trainer, Laughter Leader, Breathwork Facilitator, and Neurobics Instructor who helps people improve their mood, memory, and mental health.

Jess offers a holistic approach to brain health through her use of creative memory training programs, play, mindfulness-based techniques, breath work, and sensory activation exercises to optimize the mind and body connection, calm the nervous system, and strengthen cognitive skills.

Jess has over 10 years experience working in Neuroscience Research, Brain Rehabilitation, and Mental Health Coaching.
